Common use of RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of October 6, 2017 delivered by Borrower to Bank, as amended as set forth on Schedule 4 attached hereto (the “Perfection Certificate”) and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in the Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof. Borrower hereby agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate” shall hereinafter be deemed to be references to the Perfection Certificate, as defined herein.

Borrower hereby agrees that all references in the Loan Agreement to the “Perfection Certificate” shall hereinafter be deemed to be references to the Perfection Certificate, Certificate as defined herein.
