RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 1318, 2002 2009, between Borrower and BankBank (the “Perfection Certificate”), and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said the Perfection Certificate has have not changed, as of the date hereof, except with respect to the changes thereto set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

Except as set forth on Schedule 3 attached hereto, Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Borrower dated as of June 13August 29, 2002 between Borrower and Bank2019, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said the Perfection Certificate has have not changed, as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate dated as of June 13October 14, 2002 2010 between Borrower and Bank, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said the Perfection Certificate, except as set forth on Exhibit D attached to the Secretary’s Corporate Borrowing Certificate delivered to the Bank in connection herewith, has not changed, as of the date hereof.
