Ratification of Indenture. The Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.
Ratification of Indenture. As supplemented by this Indenture Supplement, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Indenture as so supplemented by this Indenture Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

This Supplement amends, modifies and supplements the Indenture only insofar as it relates to the Series A Storm Recovery Bonds.

This Sixth Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be construed as an indenture supplemental to the Indenture, and as supplemented and modified hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Ratification of Indenture. The Indenture, as supplemented by this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided.
Ratification of Indenture. Except as specifically modified herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Ratification of Indenture. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. This Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby.
