Common use of Ratification of Actions Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Actions. Any acts previously done and performed, or caused to be done and performed, on or after March 22, 2013, by a person set forth on Schedule 2 of the Original Agreement or on Schedule 2 of the Agreement, in either capacity, or authorized representative or agent of the Company, in the name and on behalf of the Company, be, and each of them hereby is, adopted, ratified, confirmed and approved in all respects as the acts and deeds of the Company.
