Common use of Rates for Relief Work Clause in Contracts

Rates for Relief Work. When an employee is assigned to relieve the Meat Manager (Head Meat Cutter) for two (2) days or more in a week, they shall be paid eighty-five ($0.85) cents per hour or the applicable Manager rate whichever is greater for all time so employed. An employee will be assigned to relieve an Assistant Meat Manager (Assistant Head Meat Cutter), Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Manager, Fish Manager, and/or Chinese Kitchen Manager for two (2) days or more in a week, they shall, as a minimum, be paid the applicable rate established for all time so employed.
