Rates for parking for members of the bargaining unit shall be as follows during the life of this Agreement: Per semester Per academic year Per twelve months 2015-2016 57.33 114.66 152.88 2016-2017 59.04 118.08 157.44 2017-2018 60.75 121.50 162.00 The above rates will not apply to any newly-developed premium parking locations/parking decks provided that Faculty members are not assigned to park there without another option.

During the life of this Agreement, the University has the right to change payroll deductions of parking fees from a pre-tax to a post-tax basis to comply with IRS and/or other applicable regulations.
