Ranks. 18.1.1 Employees shall be classified in accordance with Academic Ranks specified in Article 13.1. 18.1.2 Effective on July 1, of each year, an employee shall be assigned a rank from Article 13.1.1 in accordance with the procedures and provisions of Articles 13, 14 and 16.
