Random Testing/Policy Modifications. The parties understand that the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation (“BWC”) provides incentives to those employers implementing a drug-free work place policy. The parties also understand that random drug and/or alcohol testing is part of such policy. To this end, the parties understand and agree that the Township shall have the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of this Article 27 in order to qualify for any BWC incentive, including premium discounts, and then to implement such provisions as modified. The Township will notify the Union of any modifications prior to implementation.
