RAMS Team Structural Technician. In addition to his duties as a Technician in his regular Bid Area and station, a RAMS Team Structural Technician will also be responsible for responding to significant struc- turally damaged aircraft. They may be required to repair structurally damaged aircraft in the fleet and at their home base station, either when the repairs are of a significant nature or when assigning other employees would adversely affect the operation.
