Common use of Racing Clause in Contracts

Racing. the RPRA gather all the race programmes of affiliated organisations and notify APHA/Local DVO on a periodic basis (generally 10 days in advance of liberations). For other organisations not affiliated to the RPRA, they should complete Appendix 1 in a similar manner (i.e. around 10 days in advance) and notify APHA/Local DVO as above. Where race liberation points are changed at race marking or on the day of liberation due to bad weather or other issue, these should be notified to APHA as soon as possible.
