Common use of Quits Clause in Contracts

Quits. An Employee shall be deemed to have voluntarily quit when one or more of the following events occur: 1. The Employee is absent for three (3) or more consecutive working days and has not notified the Employer in accordance with procedures set forth herein. 2. The Employee fails to return to work in response to a recall notice as set forth in Article 11. 3. An Employee notifies Administration that they are quitting their employment.
