Common use of Quitclaim Deed Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Landlord, within five (5) days after such request, any quitclaim deed or other documents to remove the cloud of this Lease from the Premises.

Quitclaim Deed. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord, Landlord within five thirty (530) days after such requestdays, any quitclaim deed deeds or other documents to remove the cloud of this Lease from the PremisesProperty.

At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, upon the request of Landlord, execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Landlord, within five (5) days after such request, any quitclaim deed or other documents to remove the cloud term of this Lease from or -------------- its earlier termination under the Premisesterms hereof, Tenant, upon Landlord's written request, shall provide within ten (10) days a quitclaim deed in favor of Landlord or its assigns whereby Tenant releases any and all of its interest in the Premises or the land and improvements of which the Premises are a part.
