Quarterly Report and Invoice. Upon request, for each of Service Provider’s Fiscal Quarter Close Dates, Service Provider shall issue Service Recipient an invoice listing the Administrative Services Costs that Service Provider has incurred pursuant to this Agreement during such Fiscal Quarter (“Quarterly Invoice”), or more frequently as needed.
