The Tribe has a water right for all surface flow, Groundwater, and storage within the ▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Basin within the Reservation, except as provided for in Sections C.6. and C.7.a., of Article III. Development of the Tribal Water Right shall be subject to the terms and conditions in Section C., of Article IV. b.
