Tier-1 Target i) no more than 2 customer complaints due to product conditioning quality within the month ii) no more than 10 transactional errors that are not rectified with 48 hours within the month Tier-2 Bonus i) no more than 1 customer complaint due to product conditioning quality within the month ii) no more than 7 transactional errors that are not rectified with 48 hours within the month Quality targets shall be achieved as per standard work instructions for each product group. Equipment conditioned below quality standard will be returned to the shift to be repaired to the correct standard and will not be counted as extra production.
