Power Availability. Except as otherwise stated herein, Element Critical will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the critical data center power infrastructure supporting the Colocation Services will be available 100% of the time. If Customer has purchased power circuits of the same size, delivered from two different power paths and designated as primary and redundant power service (“Redundant Circuits”) and both power services are unavailable at the same time within the Customer environment due to a failure of the data center’s critical infrastructure, Customer shall be entitled 3% of the portion of the MRC for the affected Service at the point the Service became unavailable and 3% for each 60 minute increment of downtime from the point of initial violation, up to 100% of the MRC for the affected Service. Power availability will be determined by Element Critical’s monitoring system at the point of demarcation. The point of demarcation for the Customer’s environment for the purposes of power availability will be the power receptacle at Customer’s cage, cabinet, rack or suite and does not include Customer’s electrical connections within its cage, cabinet, or rack.

Power Availability. Power Availability means the percentage of time during a specific calendar month that the power supply to a particular Space is available. For redundant power configuration, failure of both A and B PDU circuit(s) at the same time will be considered an Out of Service condition for Power Availability. Power Availability is based on ticket information from Xxxxxx Customer Care. If an Out of Service condition is detected or reported on a specific power supply, the power supply will be deemed to be unavailable for the length of the Out of Service condition. Power Availability is calculated as the total number of minutes that the power supply was unavailable during a specific month, divided by the total number of minutes in the specific month, multiplied by hundred (100) (for the percentage).

Power Availability. The Supplier guarantees 100% availability of power to a rack’s power distribution unit (PDU) and socket. This will be measured as ‘Power to the PDU’ and ‘Power to the Socket’. ‘Power to the PDU' downtime will be measured as a complete lack of power to both the main and hot-standby PDU, while 'Power to the Socket' downtime will be measured as a complete lack of power to a rack from both the main and hot -standby socket from the time of notification by the Client.

Power Availability. Bolt will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Services are available but makes no claims to uptime and provides no guarantees to power availability.
Power Availability. The AC or DC power provided to the Space shall be available not less than 100% of the time within any given calendar month. To determine compliance with this provision, “Power Unavailability” shall be calculated as the total number of minutes, for each calendar month, that power was unavailable to the Space. Licensor will assess Power Unavailability for purposes of this provision only if Licensee requests in writing that Licensor perform such assessment within sixty (60) calendar days of a power outage. For each total cumulative hour of Power Unavailability in any calendar month, Licensee's sole remedy shall be to request the issuance of a credit to Licensee’s account on an hour-for-hour basis, not to exceed the equivalent of one (1) month’s payment of the License Fee during any calendar month.
Power Availability i-Tech guarantees to supply contracted AC Power to customer’s service at least 99.9% of the time in each calendar month. Upon receiving a service credit request, i-Tech will calculate the duration of any Power unavailability to customer. See section 6 hereof for the service claim process.
