Both of contracting partners are obligated to the Philosophy of zero defects and continuous improvement. Supplier is regularly informed about his performance in ppm. (Number of unusable delivered parts / Number of delivered parts) x 1.000.000 In case of increasing trend of PPM Fremach Morava is qualified to ask supplier to do extra actions to improve his performance. (set up process parameters, implement process control, quality wall….). Suppliers are divided into three groups according to the nature of the supplied products. 1. Suppliers of decorative parts PPM 800 2. Suppliers of materials PPM 800 3. Suppliers of technical parts PPM 50
