Quality, Quantity, Etc. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Operating District will make Sewage Disposal Services available to City on substantially the same basis they are made available to other users of the WWTP, it being understood that there may be interruptions, stoppages and variations in quality, quantity and other attributes. DISTRICT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY, QUANTITY OR OTHER ATTRIBUTE OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WORKMANLIKE PERFORMANCE. DISTRICT DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES.
