Quality, Quantity, Etc Sample Clauses
The 'Quality, Quantity, Etc' clause defines the standards and specifications for the goods or services to be provided under the contract. It typically outlines the required quality level, the exact quantity, and any other relevant characteristics such as dimensions, materials, or performance criteria. For example, it may specify that a supplier must deliver 1,000 units of a product meeting certain industry standards. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of what is to be delivered, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over whether contractual obligations have been met.
