Quality Program Plan. The Contractor shall implement and maintain a Quality Program Plan and include sections covering Inspection/Test Plan, Critical Defect Program, Acceptance and Inspection Equipment (AIE), Process Control Documentation, and Rework (CDRL A006). Changes to this program plan shall not be implemented without the permission of the Contracting Officer.
