Common use of QUALITY OF CARE Clause in Contracts

QUALITY OF CARE. (a) The RTC shall assure that any and all eligible beneficiaries receive RTC services that comply with the standards in Article 3.3. (b) The RTC shall provide RTC services in the same manner to TRICARE beneficiaries as it provides to all patients to whom it renders services. (c) The RTC shall not discriminate against TRICARE beneficiaries in any manner including admission practices, placement in special or separate wings or rooms, or provisions of special or limited treatment.

(c) The RTC shall not discriminate against TRICARE beneficiaries in any manner including admission practices, placement in special or separate wings or rooms, practices or provisions of special or limited treatment.
