QUALITY OF CARE. (a) The IOP shall assure that any and all eligible beneficiaries receive intensive outpatient services which comply with standards in Article 3.3. (b) The IOP shall provide intensive outpatient services in the same manner to beneficiaries as it provides to all patients to whom it renders services. (c) The IOP shall not discriminate against beneficiaries in any manner including admission practices or provisions of special or limited treatment.
