In relation to the performance requirements for the call-taking portion of the response times (refer Appendix 3) the Ambulance Communications Centres will make best endeavours to ensure that: a. 95% of calls are answered within 15 seconds (T1-T2); b. 95% of calls move between T2 and T4 (Call registered to Job on Dispatcher screen) within 3 minutes;
