Common use of Quality-based Selection Clause in Contracts

Quality-based Selection. Engineering services under Part C of the Project and services to carry out pre-feasibility studies under Part D of the Project may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
