Quality Audit. For the purpose of permitting a quality and compliance audit, including compliance with applicable Laws, GDP and GMP, upon reasonable notice and during regular business hours, both Parties or its representatives shall have the right to review and audit the facilities of the other Party and of the Manufacturer to observe, assist and assure the quality of Products.
