Common use of Qualifying Students Clause in Contracts

Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of qualifying students (“Qualifying Students”), i.e., those students who: 1. Have successfully completed the Associates of Science in Computer Science degree program at the Sending Institution; 2. Are enrolled in the Sending Institution, in good standing; and 3. Are accepted for admission to the Receiving Institution 4. Are transferring in 12 – 23 credits, must have earned a cumulative 2.0 GPA and meet SAT requirements. Those who are transferring in 24 or more credits, must have earned a cumulative 2.0 GPA.
