Qualifying Students Sample Clauses
Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who:
1. Have successfully completed the program at the Sending Institution;
2. Are enrolled in the Sending Institution, in good standing; and
3. Are accepted for admission to the Receiving Institution
Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who:
1. Have successfully completed the program at the Wor-Wic Community College;
2. Are enrolled in the Wor-Wic Community College in good standing; and
3. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who:
1. Have successfully completed the program at the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College;
2. Are enrolled in the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College in good standing; and
3. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of qualifying students (“Qualifying Students”), i.e., those students who:
1. Have successfully completed the Associates of Science in Computer Science degree program at the Sending Institution;
2. Are enrolled in the Sending Institution, in good standing; and
3. Are accepted for admission to the Receiving Institution
4. Are transferring in 12 – 23 credits, must have earned a cumulative 2.0 GPA and meet SAT requirements. Those who are transferring in 24 or more credits, must have earned a cumulative 2.0 GPA.
Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who:
1. Have successfully completed the specified program at CCBC;
2. Are enrolled in CCBC in good standing; and
3. Are accepted for admission to the Mount’s Division of Continuing Studies (DCS).
Qualifying Students. Pursuant to the Agreement, students may qualify for intervention services if they were identified as IFEP or reclassified as FEP between school year 2007-08 and the present, and lack proficient scores3 in reading and/or writing on (i) their most recent AZELLA-1 (AZ-1) or AZELLA-2 (AZ-2) subscale score in reading or their most recent AIMS Reading exam or (ii) their most recent AZ-1 or AZ-2 subscale score in writing or their most recent AIMS Writing exam. If a student lacks a current AIMS Reading or AIMS Writing score, the LEA will review the student’s core content grades within the last calendar year, including performance on other standardized tests, to determine whether intervention services are needed by the student. Students may qualify for intervention services targeted to their specific needs in reading, writing, or both. Students need not lack proficiency in reading and writing to obtain intervention services; a lack of proficiency in either suffices. 1 In this directive, the term “parent” is used to refer to a qualifying student’s parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

4. Complete the following coursework, known as the qualifying coursework, at Prince George’s Community College with a minimum grade of “C”: o EGL-1010 o MAT-1250 or MAT-1350 o CHM-1010 o BIO-1140
5. Earned a high school diploma or GED
6. ACT (American College Test) composite score of 16 or above, SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) equivalent score of 790 or above for Critical Reading and Math, or a degree from an accredited college or university. ACT and SAT scores are considered current for five years.
7. Provide evidence of registration for Introduction to Clinical Laboratory Science theory and laboratory courses (MLT 1012 & MLT 1012L)
8. Possess a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA
9. Submit the petition for admission no later than June 1st of each year
10. Meet all special admissions criteria identified in the current College of Southern Maryland catalog.
11. Students are only eligible for fall admission 12. Part-time students are eligible for this agreement.

1. A Qualifying Student may transfer into from the Transferring Institution into the Receiving Institution for the completion of the Program.
2. Courses that the Receiving School will accept credits for towards completion of the Program include: *Receiving Institution must indicate if course is applied to General Education, Program/Major requirements, or General Elective.
