Common use of Qualifying Students Clause in Contracts

Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who: 1. Have successfully completed the program at the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College; 2. Are enrolled in the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College in good standing; and 3. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who: 1. Have successfully completed the program at the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Frederick Community College; 2. Are enrolled in the Prince the 3. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s ▇▇▇ Community College in good standing; andand maintaining a 2.0 cumulative grade point average in order to transfer; 34. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Qualifying Students. This Agreement pertains to the transfer of “Qualifying Students”, i.e., those students who: 1. Have successfully completed the program at the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College; 2. Are enrolled in the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Wor-Wic Community College in good standing; and 3. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Have successfully completed the program at the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College;. 2. Are enrolled in the Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Community College in good standing; and. 3. Are accepted for admission to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
