Qualifying Programs Clause Samples
The 'Qualifying Programs' clause defines the specific programs, initiatives, or activities that meet certain criteria set forth in the agreement. It typically outlines the standards or requirements a program must satisfy to be considered eligible, such as accreditation, compliance with regulations, or alignment with organizational goals. By clearly identifying which programs qualify, this clause ensures that only appropriate and approved activities are included, thereby maintaining quality control and reducing ambiguity in the agreement.
