Common use of Qualifying Floating Charge Clause in Contracts

Qualifying Floating Charge. Paragraph 14 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Xxx 0000 applies to the floating charge created by clause 3.4.

Qualifying Floating Charge. Paragraph 3.2 The provisions of paragraph 14 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Xxx 0000 applies shall apply to the floating charge created by clause 3.4pursuant to Clause 3.1 (Creation of Floating Charge).
