Common use of Qualified Settlement Fund or QSF Clause in Contracts

Qualified Settlement Fund or QSF. The Parties agree that the GSA is intended to be a “Qualified Settlement Fund” under Section 468B of the Code and Treasury Regulations § 1.4168B-1, 26 C.F.R. § 1.468B-1 et seq., and will be administered by the Settlement Administrator as such.

Qualified Settlement Fund or QSF. The Parties agree that the GSA is intended to be a “Qualified Settlement Fund” or “QSF” under Section 468B of the Code and Treasury Regulations § 1.4168B-1, 26 C.F.R. § 1.468B-1 et seq., and will be administered by the Settlement Administrator as such.. The Parties and Settlement Administrator shall treat the QSF as coming into existence as a Qualified Settlement Fund on the earliest date permitted as set forth in 26 C.F.R.
