QR Network will provide the expert with documentation to support the QR Network determination of the Base Access Charge elements, TOP Charges methodology and/or any other changes to this Schedule. QR Network must give the Owner not less than 5 days written notice (including reasons) before calling upon any security provided under this Agreement.
QR Network. Pty Ltd will not be obliged to disclose confidential information if that disclosure is contrary to QR Network Pty Ltd’s interests.
QR Network. Pty Ltd will consult with affected employees and, at the employees’ election, their nominated representatives, over any proposed changes that will have an impact on employees’ terms and conditions of employment. The matters over which QR Network Pty Ltd will consult include, but are not limited to: ▪ termination of employmentchanges in the composition, operation or size of QR Network Pty Ltd’s workforce, or in the skills required ▪ the elimination or reduction of promotion opportunities, job opportunities or job tenure ▪ the alteration of hours of work ▪ the need for retraining or transfer of employees to other work or locations ▪ the restructuring of jobs.
QR Network. Pty Ltd will pay: ▪ For contributory accumulation or defined benefit accounts, the greater of the amounts specified in the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Xxx 0000 (Cth) or the Superannuation (State Public Xxxxxx) Xxxx 0000 (Xxx). ▪ For non‐contributory accounts (i.e. RailSuper), the greater of the amounts specified in the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Xxx 0000 (Cth) or the rate specified in this Agreement.
QR Network. Pty Ltd may request an employee to perform alternative duties. In these cases employees will retain their annualised salary or the salary of the position they are relieving in, whichever is greater.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
