Common use of PwC LLP and Client Clause in Contracts

PwC LLP and Client. You acknowledge that the services you supply are for the use and benefit of a third party developing country government or other developing country-based entity and are funded by the Department for International Development of the UK Government (“DFID”/ “client”) which is a client of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a UK limited liability partnership (number OC303525) (“PwC LLP”). You agree that PwC LLP may enforce any right that has been granted to PwCS under this agreement.
