Payment Basis. Grantees shall be paid program funds by the Authority subject to the following terms:
Payment Basis. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties prior to performance of the services, the State will charge the Other Party the State’s then‐current rate for performing the Technical Services. The then‐current rate may include the State’s normal and customary additives. The State will invoice the Other Party upon completion of the services, or at regular intervals not more than once monthly as agreed upon by the parties. The invoice will provide a summary of the Technical Services provided by the State during the invoice period.
Payment Basis. Payment for teaching summer school shall be based on the teacher's lane and step placement on the Adult Education salary schedule effective January 1 of the school year preceding summer school. Such rate shall remain in effect for the duration of that year’s summer school.
Payment Basis. You will provide the services at the rates or fixed fee set out in the statement of work. If a daily rate is agreed this will be based on an eight hour working day. If less than an eight hour day is worked, fees will be based on a pro-rated hourly rate. Travel time is not chargeable. The fees are deemed to cover the cost of salary, overseas inducements, leave allowances, bonuses, profit, taxes, insurances, superannuation, non-working days and all other costs including but not limited to clothing, passports, visas and vaccinations, overheads and expenses of whatsoever nature that may be incurred except those otherwise specifically provided for in this agreement.

Payments made under the provisions of this Article may be based on the estimated or Actual Cost, as mutually agreed upon (including overhead), of making such changes but in no event, however, shall either Party be required to pay for such changes more than 120% of the estimated cost supplied by the other if such cost estimate shall have been requested and furnished before the changes were made.

Payment Basis. City shall reimburse County the cost of rendering services hereunder at rates established by the County Board of Supervisors, which rates shall include all items of cost and expense to the Sheriff for providing the services hereunder. Such cost of services shall be established by the County Board of Supervisors in the form of hourly rates for Sheriff’s Department personnel, vehicle mileage rates, facility use rates, RMS transaction fees and CAL- ID fees. "Cost" as used herein shall not include items of expense attributable to services normally provided or available to all territory within the County as part of County's obligation to enforce State law. In addition to any other fees or costs set forth herein, County may impose on City, and City shall pay upon receipt of an invoice from County, a criminal justice administrative fee consistent with Government Code Section 29550 with respect to arrests made by County employees pursuant to this Agreement just as if such arrests had been made by City employees. Pursuant to Government Code Section 51350, County shall not charge City for services it would provide to any city in the County free of charge. These services, which are provided at the discretion of County, could typically include the services of the Sheriff's Special Investigations Bureau, Emergency Services Team, Canine Unit and Aviation Unit.
Payment Basis. Specific Rates of Compensation (Loaded hourly rates [labor, OH & fee] plus direct expenses). Consultant agrees to accept as full compensation for all services rendered to the satisfaction of the State for completion of the work, the actual cost or Not-To-Exceed amount of the Agreement, whichever is lesser.
