Common use of Pursuant to this Assignment Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to this Assignment. the Company hereby agrees with Lessor that the Company shall continue to be responsible for the performance of all obligations under the Purchase Order, except for, subject to the condition provided in Paragraph 1 above, the obligation to pay the price as provided in Paragraph 2 above, and the Company agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Lessor from all liability, loss, damage, and expense arising from or directly or indirectly attributable to such obligations.
