Pursuant to RSMo. 290.230.5, if this Agreement exceeds seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) and involves construction of public works, Contractor shall all its workers the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in Xxx’x Summit. If there is a dispute whether this Agreement is subject to prevailing wages as required by RSMo. § 290.210, et. seq., the City’s determination shall control.
