PURPOSE & SCOPE. The purpose of the committee is to attempt to resolve problems that may arise that are of a group, rather than individual concern. Whenever possible, notice will be provided to members of topics to be discussed. Neither party can obligate the other to negotiate changes to the Agreement. However, any agreements reached that change the contract must be ratified by both parties. All agreements need to be in writing and attached to the Agreement. The LMC will meet at least three (3) times during the school year.
