PURPOSE & SCOPE. 1.1 It is the intent of the Parties to this Collective Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement,” to set forth the terms which have been mutually agreed upon and which shall be applicable to all members of the Bargaining Unit and the Employer during the effective period of the Agreement. 1.2 It is the intent of the Parties to maintain harmonious relationships in the co‐operative endeavor to deliver the highest quality of services to students in the Upper Canada District School Board.
