Purpose of Use. 5.1. COMPANY shall use the MATERIAL, the DERIVATIVE (if produced) and the INFORMATION exclusively for conducting the RESEARCH for non-commercial or non-profit making purposes and shall not use the MATERIAL, the DERIVATIVE and the INFORMATION for any other purpose. The Research shall be conducted at COMPANY’s own responsibility and costs and expenses.
