Common use of Purpose of Use Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Use. The Purchaser shall not use or allowed to be used its Unit or its Car Park, if any, or any parts or portions of either of these to be used for any office, club, meeting, conference hall, school, clinic, guest house, boarding/lodging house, catering place, restaurant or other public purpose or any other non-residential purpose but use the same only for residential purposes.
