PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMERCIALIZATION COMMITTEE. The Commercialization Committee shall oversee the commercialization of the Product, including (i) the timelines for and occurrence of milestones, general timelines for commercial launch, following launch to monitor marketing and sales of Product, and such other matters as are provided to the Commercialization Committee by mutual agreement of the Parties. The Commercialization Committee shall not have any authority to impose financial, cost or other obligations on either party in excess of those expressly set forth in this Agreement unless expressly consented to in writing by such party.

  • Development Responsibilities Unless the Parties agree in writing upon an alternate allocation of responsibility, the Parties shall have the following rights and obligations with respect to operational responsibilities under each Development Plan:

  • Responsibilities of Committee The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over wages or any other matter of collective bargaining, including the administration of this Agreement. The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or of the Employer and shall not have the power to bind either the Union or its members or the Employer to any decisions or conclusions reached in their discussions. The Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the Employer on the following general matters:

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.

  • Regulatory Responsibilities Following the approval by the FDA of an ANDA, Xxxx shall be solely responsible, with Corium’s reasonable assistance, for maintaining the ANDA for the Product including any necessary periodic reporting requirements. Furthermore, Xxxx shall be responsible for all adverse event reporting as required by the Act. Xxxx agrees to perform these activities in conformance with cGMP, the ANDA specifications and the Act. Xxxx shall provide Corium with copies of all material correspondence from or to regulatory authorities in the Territory relating to the maintenance of the ANDA.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Board of Trustees’ Responsibilities 5.2.1 The Board of Trustees will be responsible for the operational and financial sustainability of the Trust, including:

  • General Responsibilities of the Parties 1. The Parties will work together in a spirit of cooperation and partnership, with the responsibilities and accountabilities set out in this Agreement, to implement the Programme Documents in full in a timely, efficient, and effective, manner.
