Purpose and Process. The purpose of the grievance procedure is to secure a solution to a problem. Before a grievance is filed, the grievant shall meet with his/her immediate supervisor in an attempt to resolve the problem. The parties are to meet confidentially, one to one, and discuss the problem.

Community Transit agrees to (1) conduct the procurement process in accordance with Community Transit’s, City of Lynnwood and the Verdant grant procurement processes, following the most restrictive process, (2) obtain the City’s approval prior to initiating the order, (3) issue the order and receive the goods, (4) provide, at no cost to the City, the installation and maintenance service for the Ash Way and Swamp Creek Park and Ride bicycle storage units and bicycle locks for a minimum of 5 years, during the life of this contract, the bicycle storage and locks may be temporarily or permanently relocated to a suitable location within Verdant’s Health District Boundaries. The City agrees to: (1) upon completion of the purchase, receipt, installation and final approval by the City, contribute an amount, not to exceed $15,000, of funding through the Verdant grant to the project.

Purpose and Process. This model agreement is to be used when UNDP engages non-staff personnel PSAs to provide services to UNDP. The PSA on a short-term basis may either specify a “daily rate” or total monthly renumeration. For budgetary purposes, a monetary cap will be determined when the contract is issued. The daily rate can only apply for Short-term PSAs. For international PSAs the currency is US Dollar and for national PSAs local currency applies. The Certificate of No Contest is only applicable to Regular National PSAs. Please ensure that a minimum of two (2) originals of this PSA are signed.
