  • Correlation and Intent It is the intention of the Owner, Design Professional, and Contractor that the Construction Documents include all items necessary for proper execution and full and final completion of the Work. The Contract and Construction Documents (the Contract Documents) are complementary, and what is required by one is as binding as if required by all. Performance by the Contractor is required to the extent consistent with and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as being necessary to produce the design intent as expressed in the Contract Documents.
