Common use of Purchaser’s Efforts to Close Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Efforts to Close. Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 and 7 to its or Seller’s obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Purchaser’s action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

Purchaser’s Efforts to Close. Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable commercial efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 VI and 7 VII to its or Seller’s 's obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Purchaser’s 's action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

The Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable commercial efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 Sections 8 and 7 9 to its or the Seller’s or the Company’s obligations under this Agreement to the extent that the Purchaser’s action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

Purchaser’s Efforts to Close. Purchaser The Purchasers shall use its commercially their reasonable commercial efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 8 and 7 9 to its or Seller’s the Sellers’ obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Purchaser’s the Purchasers’ action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 and 7 to its or Seller’s Sellers’ obligations under this Agreement or in Articles 9 and 10 of the Agreement and Plan of Merger to the extent that Purchaser’s action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 and 7 to its or Seller’s the Shareholders’ obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Purchaser’s action actions or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.

Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable commercial efforts to promptly satisfy all of the conditions precedent set forth in Articles 6 and 7 to its or Seller’s 's obligations under this Agreement to the extent that Purchaser’s 's action or inaction can control or influence the satisfaction of such conditions.
