Purchaser Responsibilities. Provide permanent physical security (armed guards presence is mandatory) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, upon start of activities in all sites and for all activities for the whole project duration. Armed guards would secure: 1. Central site 2. Fixed capturing sites. 3. The Supplier personnel according to the circumstances
