Common use of Purchaser Incentive Plan Clause in Contracts

As soon as practicable after the Signing Date but in any event prior to the initial filing (including confidential filing) of the preliminary Proxy Statement/Registration Statement with the SEC, the Company Group shall prepare the Purchaser Incentive Plan in the form and substance that are reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser.
