Common use of Purchase Termination Clause in Contracts

Purchase Termination. (a) The agreements of the Seller to sell Receivables hereunder may be terminated at any time by the Seller by giving written notice thereof to the Purchaser and the Trustee of the Seller's election to terminate this Agreement, in which event the Purchase Termination Date shall thereafter occur on the date specified therefor by the Seller in such notice, but in any event not less than 60 days after the Trustee's receipt of such notice.
