Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.01(a)(i) or (iii) or Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach TRS is required under Subsection 6.02(b) of the TRS-RFC VIII Receivables Purchase Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by Centurion to TRS pursuant to this Agreement, Centurion shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.01(a)(i) or (iii) or Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach RFC VIII is required under Section 2.7 of the Transfer Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by TRS to RFC VIII pursuant to this Agreement, TRS shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.01(a) or (c) or Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach RFC IV is required under Section 2.06 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by FSB to RFC IV pursuant to this Agreement, FSB shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach Funding is required under Section 2.06 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by Capital One to Funding pursuant to this Agreement, Capital One shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.01(a) or (c) or Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach RFC III is required under Section 2.06 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by Centurion to RFC III pursuant to this Agreement, Centurion shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in subsection 4.01(a)(i) or (iii) or in subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach Purchaser is required under Section 2.06 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by Chase USA to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, Chase USA shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in subsection 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) BANA must accept reassignment of a set of Receivables if Funding is required to accept reassignment of those Receivables under subsection 2.04(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and if the representation of BANA under subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (ii) relating to those Receivables is not true and correct as of the applicable date.
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Section 4.01(a)(i) or (iii) or Section 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach Dryrock Funding is required under Section 2.7 of the Transfer Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by the Seller to Dryrock Funding pursuant to this Agreement, the Seller shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Section 4.01(a) or (c) or Section 4.02(a)(i) or (a)(v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach MRI is required to accept a reassignment of the Receivables previously sold by HRAC II to MRI pursuant to Section 2.4(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, HRAC II shall accept reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6.02(b).
Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) WFBNA must accept reassignment of a set of Receivables if Funding is required to accept reassignment of those Receivables under subsection 2.04(e) of the Transfer Agreement and if the representation of WFBNA under subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (ii) relating to those Receivables is not true and correct as of the applicable date.
