Common use of Purchase Order Limitations Clause in Contracts

Purchase Order Limitations. Terms and conditions inconsistent with or contrary to the terms and conditions of the ACS and the Authorized Contract shall not be added to or incorporated into the ACS or the Authorized Contract by any subsequent purchase order or otherwise; any attempts to add or incorporate such terms and conditions shall be null and void.
