Pumps. 1. Check mechanical seals for cleanliness and adjustment before running pump. 2. Inspect shaft sleeves for scoring. 3. Inspect mechanical faces, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and seal rings. Replace if defective. 4. Verify that piping system is free of dirt and scale before circulating liquid through pump.
